welcome dinner

Kick off the weekend with dinner at Jim & Julie Prinster’s! This is our chance to say hi, catch up, and ease into the weekend. Come as you are, no dress code. BBQ and drinks provided.

Saturday, August 29th

ceremony & reception

Ceremony: 4:00pm
Reception to follow
Location: Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin

The ceremony will take place on the balcony of the lodge, overlooking the basin, followed by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. We will then move inside for dinner & dancing. Dress code is cocktail attire/casual dressy.

Shuttles will be available from Frisco beginning at 2:30pm

Sunday, August 30th

brunch

Time: 10:00am-12:00pm

A proper send off to the weekend with breakfast burritos! Meet us at Jim & Julie’s to say our final goodbyes.
